    Welcome to Kenmoor Middle School

This web site is designed to showcase and highlight student achievement and keep you abreast of "the happenings" at KMS. Kenmoor administrators, staff and teachers are committed to offering students a quality education in a physically safe and academically productive environment. Faculty members are excited about teaching and learning and support a variety of extra-curricular activities to meet the social and athletic needs of our students. We boast both a culturally diverse teaching and student population, a long tradition of quality programs and a strong home/school partnership.

We are proud to specialize in several high quality programs including Autism, Comprehensive, AVID, English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL), Talented and Gifted (TAG) Magnet, and Transition"

Visit us often and remember!
"We Care to Make a Difference in Every Child's Life"

Congratulations to our students who performed so well and set a high bar of attainment for our 2011-2012 classes.  Once again, I want to state that every student can be successful at Kenmoor MS and we expect every student to learn and earn good grades every quarter.

I am excited to quote the Gazette news service which touted Kenmoor Middle School as making the “biggest leap among schools” on the Maryland School Assessment test scores.
