    The Department of Professional School Counseling Services is a vital link to educational excellence. 

    Special Note to Parents: Please schedule Team conferences directly with the Professional School Counselors. Individual conferences are to made with teachers. The Counseling team will be glad to make information available, such as how to obtain work permits and community service credits, how to change addresses, phone numbers, etc., how to withdraw from school, how to prepare for the PSAT's and high school requirements, and much more.

    3rd & 4th QUARTER GRADE CHANGE APPEAL - DUE 1/1/2021

    **Policy and Procedures for Appealing a Grade AP 5116**

    Please follow these steps:
    Parents/guardians wishing to appeal a third-quarter report card must submit the appropriate form and supporting documents by 
    Friday, January 1, 2021 by 9 AM. 

    In order to begin the process:
    1)  Please be sure to fill out the information in the links below as well as printing and filling out the standard form (attached) for the grade appeal.
    2)  Then complete and submit the standard form via email to Ms. Reynolds @, the teacher, and your student's 
    grade-level administrator for their input by April 30th.
